Christmas Snowman and Elf Ornie Pattern 2007

 

 

This is an easy pattern to do. I am sure with your creativity you could even spruce it up a bit. All you will need to do is cut out the pattern piece that I have provided.

You will need to take your pattern piece and pin it to two pieces of muslin then cut. Sew All the way around and leave an opening in the back of the ornie to stuff.

Stuff thru the hole and then sew close.  SNOWMAN - paint hat black and use small beads for eyes. Use embroidery thread for facial features. Elf - Paint the hat red and use small beads for the eyes. Use embroidery thread for facial features. You can place string on the hats and hang them from your tree or just put them in a bowl. Enjoy!

 

 

 

Tea/Coffee Stain:

 

I use 1 / 2 cup of instant coffee or tea with 1/2 hot hot water. 

 

 

 

 

Items needed to make this project:

 

Muslin – 1 yard (this will make a few ornies)

Embroidery thread (your choice)

Black and red acrylic paint

stuffing

small black beads

Instant Tea/coffee

Basic Sewing & Painting Supplies
